I opened a case, received an item. how could it be collected?
Go to your account profile, click on “SEND” button near the required item, wait till “GET” button appears and press it as well to pick up your trade offer at Steam in no time.
When i pressed "send" button, i got an error "Unable to send the item"

Bot cannot send you the item in the following cases:

I cannot sell an item. dialog boxes do not appear on a web page or there is some prohibition of their popping-up.
